We charge $49 for an initial 20 minute in-depth consultation with a practitioner. All consultations with our Nurse Team and follow up consultations with practitioners are $0 out of pocket to you. We also offer concession pricing. See our pricing page for more information.

Hellomello™ is different from a regular doctor visit because we work exclusively with vetted practitioners in alternative healthcare and pharmacies experienced in these treatments.

Our services are 100% online, so you can book and attend telehealth consultations through our easy-to-use platform, no matter where you are in Australia.

Your doctor will assess your symptoms and create a personalised treatment plan, which may include alternative medicine.

After your consultation, you can order your prescriptions online, and we'll deliver them directly to you. As a Hellomello™ patient you have access to complimentary support from our Nurse Team and Patient Care Team at any time.

Hellomello™ offers a more convenient, tailored, personalised, affordable and accessible experience than a typical GP visit.

We will help make the switch from another clinic to Hellomello™ easy and seamless for you. All you need to do is complete our Medical Intake Form, attach a discharge letter from your current clinic, and then one of our team members will get in touch within 3 business days.
