Prescriptions can either be in capsule, oil, lozenge, flower, oil vaporiser form. It is up to the sole discretion of your practitioner to assess the appropriate dosage form for each patient.

Purchase medication in 4 easy steps:

2. Talk with one of our practitioners and if approved, you will be prescribed a treatment.
3. You will be sent an email with a secure payment link to your treatment plan. Click on that link.
4. You will be taken to your online account. Click on ‘Payment Request’ and enter your credit card details to purchase your medication.

Certain types of medication require approvals from either the TGA or be prescribed by an Authorised Prescriber. hellomello™ handles all necessary approvals so you can access your medication hassle-free.

In your consultation your practitioner will suggest an appropriate course of medication. You have the opportunity to discuss any questions or concerns you have with before the medication is prescribed.

If you change your mind after the consultation you can request to speak with the practitioner again by emailing [email protected].

Consultations are usually available within 5 business days of completing your online form, even sooner. Directly after completing your form you will be prompted to select a time to speak with one of our practitioners.

No, it is up to the sole discretion of the health practitioner to decide if a treatment is suitable for you. If the practitioner thinks it is not appropriate to prescribe certain medication then you are unable to purchase.

The doctors and practitioners contracted with Hellomello™ are registered Australian Practitioners and have completed the appropriate medical training to prescribe plant medicine.

Yes. We can organise a script to be sent to you and used at a pharmacy of your choice. There will be a $100 transfer fee which includes the cost of your practitioner’s time + administrative charges.

If your medication and repeats run out, you will be required to pay another $100 fee for a new e-script.

Yes, telemedicine is legal in Australia.

From start to finish, you should have your first order of treatment on your doorstep in under 10 business days.

To break it down, once you fill out our online form, you will select a time to talk with one of our partner doctors at a suitable time for both parties. This appointment usually occurs within 3 business days.

After the doctor approves you for treatment, you will need to proceed to purchase via an email link. Once purchased and depending on the medication we may need to seek approval from either the TGA and/or the relevant state body before the pharmacist can dispense the medication. This approval process is out of our control and can take up to 3 business days, but is generally approved within 24 hours.

Only after receiving approval will our partner pharmacy contact you to discuss your medication. Then you will have an opportunity to ask any follow up questions before your order is dispatched via express post the same day. It’ll arrive within 2-3 business days if you are located in a metropolitan area, or 3-5 business days if you are located in a regional area.

We need your medicare number to verify your identity and claim medicare rebates for consultations (where possible).

Medication generally lasts anywhere between 1-3 months depending on how you personally respond to the treatment and the quantity your body needs to start receiving benefit.

In accordance with the Therapeutic Goods Act 1989, advertising prescription-only medication directly to consumers is not permitted in Australia. Therefore, we are unable to disclose the active pharmaceutical ingredients on our website, which is classified as a medium for advertising.

Like any medication there may be side effects that you need to be made aware of. We communicate any possible side effects in several different ways.

In your doctor consultation, your doctor will communicate any possible side effects when taking the medication.

After purchase, our partner pharmacist will call you to discuss any relevant safety information before they dispense and send your medication. If they cannot reach you by phone, they will send you an email communicating all the necessary information.

You will also be sent a hard copy of the Consumer Medicine Information sheet in your shipment.

In the first 30-60 days of your treatment plan, it is likely you will need to adjust your dosage until you find your sweet spot. There are a variety of factors why someone may not respond well initially to the medication.

Our practitioner will provide instructions on how best to titrate your dosage over the first month. After the first 30-60 days we will help you reach your desired dosage so you can be confident that the medication will continue to work from thereon.

Depending on the medication, prescriptions are valid for a maximum of 6 months, in some cases 12 months.

We will manage your repeats by ensuring you talk with a practitioner for a repeat script before the expiry of your existing prescription.

We offer full refunds; offered in the following instances:

• Change of mind; after the initial purchase, before pharmacy counsel
• After pharmacy counsel, before the product is compounded and dispatched
• Cancellation of prescription, before the product is compounded and dispatched

We do not offer returns; all purchases of hellomello™ are final.

This is because our products are personalised medications unique to each individual patient, so once they are packaged for you they cannot be used for another patient. Our pharmacy’s regulations prohibit the return of prescription medications for reimbursement. This means that we are unable to accept returns of treatment for refunds, even if it is unused.

Like any prescription you would get from a pharmacy (e.g. antibiotics), you cannot return once it leaves the pharmacy

If you need to report a defective or damaged item, email us at [email protected]. You must report defective or damaged orders within 14 days of the original shipment date to receive a free replacement. If you report a defective or damaged order more than 14 days after the original shipment date, we reserve the right to deny any financial compensation.

Just like a walk-in pharmacy you cannot return medication after purchase. All medication purchased through hellomello™ comes from a registered pharmacy and therefore we are governed by pharmacy regulations with regards to the return of medication.

In accordance with Australian law, pharmaceutical medication cannot be returned for credit or refund, except when it is a condition of a consumer-level medication recall. Strict legislative controls are in place to regulate the storage of medicines in pharmacy environments. Once medication has left the pharmacy, the storage conditions of the medication cannot be guaranteed and it is possible the product could be tampered with. Therefore, we cannot accept the return of any dispensed pharmaceutical products.

While we can’t update your address for an order that has already been processed and shipped, you can update your address for future shipments by logging into your account and clicking on ‘Edit Details’ in the top right hand corner.

Our partner pharmacy generally dispatches an order within 24 hours of receiving regulatory approvals. You will receive a tracking number from Australia Post as soon as the item is dispatched from the pharmacy.

We use Australia Post Express Postage for every order. Packages will generally arrive within 2-3 business days if you are located in a metropolitan area, or 3-5 business days if you are located in a regional area.

Yes, you will be sent a tracking number once your item has been dispatched from our Pharmacy. We use Australia Post for all our orders.

We require 10 business days to have elapsed between the date your medication was shipped and the date in which we send a replacement. If you still have not received your package in 10 business days after the shipment date, please email us at [email protected] and we will send a replacement.

Express shipping is FREE and is included in the cost of treatment.

We use Australia Post’s express service to ship your treatment from our partnered pharmacy to your front door.

Metropolitan area: After you place your order and once you have had a call with the pharmacy. you’ll receive your shipment within 2-3 business days.

Regional area: After you place your order and once you have had a call with the pharmacy you’ll receive your shipment within 3-5 business days.
