- If eligible, you will be called for your 20 minute telehealth consult
- Your practitioner will ask about your presenting complaint and consider your optimal treatment
- Time for you to ask any questions about your natural medicine journey

Time to pay for your treatment
- Look out for an email asking you to pay for treatment
- Choose how you want to process your repeats
- Receive notifications every step of the way

Your prescription is sent over to the pharmacy
- The pharmacy may contact to discuss your medication
- This is important to ensure your medication is taken safely and there are no contraindications
- Time to ask any questions about correct dosage
