How does a telehealth consultation work?

Your consultation is a phone appointment with a practitioner, from wherever suits you. No waiting room, no referral needed.

Can I choose which practitioner I see?

Where possible we match you with a practitioner suited to your needs. For return consultations we aim to keep you with the same practitioner.

Do I need a referral?

No referral is needed to book an initial consultation.

What happens after my consultation?

If eligible, your practitioner will talk you through the next steps and you can manage everything through your patient portal.
